can coca-cola diet help you lose weight?

Is it possible that drinking the Cola can in fact be an asset in a weight loss program? As for any thoughts on weight loss, there are those who are for and those who against.see the various arguments on both sides.

First, scholars who are against the consumption of Diet Coke argue that to lose weight, it must adopt a healthy lifestyle. Soft drinks  have no place in a balanced diet rich with good things for health.

By cons, other nutritionists who treat also the psychology of the person to lose weight say that Diet Coke contains no calories.
Sweeteners contained in the Diet Coke taste like sugar, but they are very different, in that they do not cause tooth decay and does not cause the rise in insulin levels in the blood of diabetics. But the biggest difference lies in the fact that they have no calories. By replacing the regular Coca-Cola by the diet version, people are dieting and losing weight. For example, by drinking 3 cans of Diet Coke a day is 480 calories less per day compared to the regular version. Thus 3 360 calories saved per week by changing only the soft drink!

Knowing that 3 500 calories is equivalent to about a pound lost, theoretically share the Coca-Cola version by regular diet helps to lose a pound a week.

Of course, it would be best to confuse the two theories. First, try to gradually reduce the consumption of Coca-Cola, both diet and regular, replacing it with water or tea. Eating a balanced diet is the only way to avoid taking the pounds after a regime where ideal weight is reached. Meanwhile, to reduce calories and lose weight, replace Coca-Cola by the regular Diet Coke. If you like the taste, you let this little pleasure in moderation.
